The 8A-C22CX1 was designed with the “new normal” in mind: many people are spending more time at home, and expectations on the technical quality of media playback are rising as a result. To provide an immersive experience here, the soundbar supports the MPEG-4 AAC audio format used in 8K broadcasts. It also uses the new OPSODIS technology, where one front speaker and one subwoofer are sufficient to create a detailed stereophonic sound field.
