Brandlab has built the first Voloport, an urban air taxi infrastructure, for VOLOCOPTER, the electric air taxi pioneer, and Skyports. The project covers the architectural design as well as the entire customer journey from analog to digital. The result is a space in which passengers can enjoy a seamless and relaxing flight experience while feeling safe in a trusted environment. Our design merges digital and spatial experiences, as well as transfers to other mobility services such as e-scooters. Voloport offers passengers one smooth journey through all passenger touchpoints, from ticket purchase to check-in, from take-off to landing.
