The field of process automation places other demands on components than the field of factory automation. Process valves are used in order to control these processes accurately. Applications for the VSNC are found primarily in water treatment as well as the production of chemicals and petrochemicals, where it is used to control the mixing or fermenting of gases, liquid media and bulk materials.
