This wok, with a diameter of 36 cm, is supplied with sturdy heat-resistant handles. Its relief base ensures that oil or fat is well distributed to give the best possible cooking results. The wok is crafted entirely from 3-ply, an innovative three-layer structure incorporating a layer of aluminium sandwiched between two layers of high quality stainless steel, which optimises heat conduction. The wok is suitable for use on all heat sources. Separately available accessories include an insert for steaming as well as a grid rack.
