The Blue Lake Restaurant looks as if it has just emerged from a forest. The previous old building has been redesigned while keeping its history alive. It combines natural wood with a large, transparent glass façade that ensures the interior is light. The heart of the restaurant complex is the inner courtyard that seems to soak up the power of the natural environment. But nature not only surrounds the restaurant. It is also a key design element, for out of the building grow trees whose crowns form a green protective roof.
