The minimalist Otiima 38 Plus window system is equipped with a clever sliding system in which the frame profiles are flush with the construction material of the building. Vertical and horizontal bearings increase the stability of the glazed panels. The system is water- and airtight and offers high resistance to wind forces. The handle is easy to use and has a hidden lock which, on the one hand, enhances the clean design of the window system and, on the other, improves security. It is equipped with an innovative Anti-Freeze System that provides anti-condensation and potentiates the defrosting of ice formations inside the window’s gutter system.
