The objective when designing the Desktop Automatic Dough Mixer was to minimise the noise emission and vibration associated with automatic dough mixing. The result is a vertically designed kneading machine in which the kneading tool is driven from below instead of above. It is thus particularly powerful and at the same time emits less noise and less vibration. Furthermore, the bowl is easier to access and the machine better to operate.
