Balancing Barn is built on a stunning site close to a Suffolk wildlife nature reserve. The 30 metre deep holiday home cantilevers out over a slope. As a result, 50 per cent of the building projects out into free space, giving it extensive views. The building is clad in reflective stainless steel and has floor to ceiling sliding windows, roof lights and a partly glazed floor in the living room.
