Meteorite was developed with the aim of finding a new expressive language for luminaires made of blown glass. The idea for Meteorite derived from the fascination for Venetian glass with its uneven, seemingly broken surface. The specially developed glass-blowing and grinding processes are characterised by a double-layer artistic glass diffuser and a frost-covered moulding technique. The depth of the light created in the illuminated object impresses the beholder. This luminaire is part of a series of lights consisting of table, suspension, wall and ceiling versions.
