Fire brigades must ensure the protection of drinking water when using hydrants to access the drinking water network. This mobile backflow preventer is a standardised solution which can be quickly and easily connected. The carrying handle and counter-grip on the input coupling simplify its attachment to hydrants, e­nabling the preventer to be appropriately connected even under difficult conditions. The design of the handles rules out incorrect installation.
