The ELGARD model of the MYKITA LITE collection conveys the impression of being a pure acetate pair of glasses. A closer look, however, reveals a filigree stainless steel construction that adds stability to the acetate front. The frame is manufactured using a multistep en­gineering process during which precision-milled acetate rings are mounted in the 0.6-mm-thin stainless steel frame of the front. Muted colours and discreet colour gradients emphasise the casual character of these navigator-style glasses.
