The manual powder application unit “OptiFlex” (electrostatic powder coating) meets the following criteria: The machine is specially designed for flexible production, involving many colour changes at short intervals. The powder is drawn up directly from the powder manufacturer’s original container through the machine to the work piece. During the development of this unit we paid special attention to reproducibility of coating results, highest coating efficiency, ergonomics, durability and design aspects.
