Warming drawer WS 220 from Gaggenau: Gaggenau warming drawers have a hygienic interior of stainless steel and glass and are food safe. At temperatures of 40 °C to 80 °C, roasts can rest, yeast dough can rise and soups can be kept warm. Warming drawers are also suitable for gentle defrosting. Warming drawers are available in three sizes, 60 cm wide and 14 cm or 29 cm high, or 76 cm wide and 27 cm high. They can be combined as desired with an oven, steam oven or fully automatic coffee machine. Like the ovens, they are available in a choice of anthracite, stainless-steel or aluminum-effect backing.
