A black beam breaks through walls and forges its own stage in the industrial architecture of the Zeche Zollverein. On 40 monitors integrated into the beam, all 85 employees present projects and experiences from 25 years of the KMS TEAM history and turn the installation into an audiovisual experience. Visitors become increasingly involved in the dramatic development until they themselves become elements of the sculpture: a camera records the visitors, and their images are projected live onto a screen. The black beam is virtually extended on the screen and eventually fed into the Internet – the real and virtual spaces blending into each other.
