Surrealism is a typically Belgian concept. It’s a way of looking at the world in a less conventional way, which is something Modular and its communication partners at Rotor and DIE KEURE have tried to do for several years now. As with previous editions, the Modular Catalog 2015 is themed with a powerful and intense visual imagery. Drawing upon earlier creations, we now took the surrealism theme a step further by using technology and design. The cover consists of hundreds of lasered holes creating a woman’s face. Combining this with mirror foil adds another dimension and contributes to an even stronger appeal of our slogan "Expect the Unexpected."
