The City Classroom concept is a win-win system for foreign teachers (FTs) and students. WSE branches function as hubs to provide services and coordinate with other units. A student can go to a nearby yoga studio to practice yoga and learn English simultaneously with a professional yoga FT. Or take classes in a cooking studio partner to WSE. City Classroom also improves the FT on-boarding experience and keeps turnover rate low. Students act as life coaches to new FTs, leading cultural activities in temples or souvenir shops, which makes new FTs feel welcome and give students more real-life scenarios to practice their English. CITY CLASSROOM turns the whole city into an opportunity to learn English.
