TOKO KITCHEN is a cafeteria for tenants who occupy 1600 rental apartments managed by Toko Real Estate Agency around Fuchinobe station. The entrance door can be opened only by the same card keys which our tenants' already have, since the keys have been also installed to the door of their own rooms. TOKO KITCHEN is operated by Toko Real Estate Agency, ourselves, as a kind of our resident services we ordinary do, and the primary purpose is to offer the convenience of everyday life as well as healthy home-cooked foods to our valuable tenants. 100 yen for breakfast and 500 yen for lunch/dinner.
