Laview is a new, "never before seen" limited express train, and introduces a new generation of Seibu Railway lines. Laview is based on three design concepts: blending in with the urban and natural environment, creating a living room-like atmosphere where anyone can relax, and adding value to transportation. Laview is not only a means of transport, but a destination itself.
