This is a former JR East Japan company dormitory, renovated into a multi-generational residence with 24 family rental units and 112 share-house units. To realize a rich rurban lifestyle on this site, which enjoys both urban and rural benefits, our design enables spontaneous interactions among people via shared fields and through passages, while also achieving a sophisticated interior design.
