This is a new hotel planed with 35 rooms by the accommodation company founded in Beppu in 1900. Each has the view of cityscape and the bay of Beppu and also has a free-flowing hot spring. The public space is open to people and connected to environment. We designed as a new exchange base that connects the local community and visitors with "site-determined" architectures and 12artworks as catalysts.
