This Digital-friendly project aims to enable all townspeople to use digital devices in their daily lives, especially emphasizing elderly people unfamiliar with digital devices can get familiar with using ones. It's a grand design that promotes digitalization in a town with a population of 10,000. In our town, we've built a system to promote comprehensive efforts through public-private co-creation.
