The newly designed direct injection burners can reach 4.5KW and have a thermal efficiency of 63%. The sterilizer boasts a large 150L capacity and has two separate drawers. Dishes sit neatly in the upper drawer and the lower one has a small dense mesh design for convenient storing of cutting boards and other odd-sized tableware.
