Most Chinese family kitchens are closed off and narrow. Traditional Chinese cooking calls for high temperatures and produces a lot of fumes. Therefore, many home cooks in China struggle with heat and dirty air. This kitchen air conditioning system solves three major problems: it lets users enjoy cooking without sweating; it draws in and filters fresh air from outside and expels the turbid and stagnant air from the kitchen; and it augments the operation of the extractor hood.
