The EX-1 is a unit that enables the installation of software to extend the functionality of Fujifilm’s endoscopy system processors. Utilizing REiLI, the company’s medical AI technology, it supports the detection of colonic polyps and other lesions from real-time endoscopic images. In addition, it enables the future installation of CAD EYE, which can characterize polyps as neoplastic or non-neoplastic, and other software scheduled for development. The EX-1 is used in combination with Fujifilm’s ELUXEO 7000 and 6000 systems.
