This is because the Evol-S Soda & Filter soda tap has two functions. Standard cold to warm tap water is dispensed using a mixer lever on the right-hand side, while the control on the left-hand side activated chilled, filtered water in three option – still, medium or sparkling – exactly to taste. In addition to that – and this is an absolute first for such drinking water systems – the volume of water can be pre-set using the measuring cup function.
