The smart steam cooker and oven series Blanc was developed to support Chinese consumers in setting different cooking levels to optimise food preparation. For this purpose, the user-friendly appliances are equipped with a technology that detects the optimal cooking level of foods. Different programs are shown via a coloured touchscreen display. Thanks to an anti-fog function, users can always keep an eye on the dishes.
