The puristic-looking Michel BRAS “Le Moulin” spice mill was designed for grinding foods of different degrees of hardness, including hard and slightly softer ingredients such as spices and herbs, dried vegetables, or even coffee beans. It is equipped with sharp-edged ceramic mortar blades. The grinding degree is selected on a scale from one to nine by turning the dial. This way, the same ingredient can have a different flavour nuance and harmonise better with other ingredients in a dish.
