IsoSpark is a system for functional proteomics. The system is supported by an innovative single-cell functional proteomics technology, the proteomic barcode chips, which allow researchers to phenotype each immune cell based on the range of its functional proteins. The software-based IsoSpark detection system provides biological data at the single-cell level and the ability to query the secreted proteome, phosphoproteome and metabolome of single cells.
