Using eight lenses with different focal lengths, this camera can cover the same large area as 24 individual cameras. The infrastructure usually required for this purpose can thus be reduced by about 90 per cent. Usability has been optimised – for example, only one Allen key is required for the complete setup process, and an air-blast system automatically removes dust and rain during operation.
