Bricknic is a clay cooking pot in the shape of a brick that can be used in the oven as well as on a barbeque or campfire. It is suitable for baking, boiling, steaming, grilling and frying, ensuring that no flavours escape the pot. After cooking, the food is served directly in the pot.
