Lightning was developed as a beginners’ off-road kart for the recreation sector, suitable for the mass market. The smart electric vehicle is robust and eco-friendly, providing a sporty and, thanks to multiple safety features, risk-reduced driving experience even for inexperienced drivers. The kart itself is an integral part of a smart kart racing facility. Sensors and control elements, which are connected to a central computer, are integrated into the vehicle and along the racetrack, enabling the staff to intervene from the sideline if necessary.
