This radar sensor was developed for the contact-free measuring of filling levels. It sends out a continuous radar signal, which is reflected by the filling material and then sent back to the sensor. In addition to standard measurements of liquids and dry bulk, the device is also suitable for measurements in water treatment or for monitoring acids and alkalis. With plastic tanks or intermediate bulk containers, it even enables measurements from the outside. The slanting sensor display optimises the readability of the measured values, while its dynamic edges denote precision and easy handling.
