The ThinkPad X1 Extreme / P1 Gen 4 is a portable business laptop that can be used in extreme conditions. Carbon fibre and graphite based on an aluminium alloy were used as the material for the chassis and cover to make the laptop particularly robust and to meet military security standards. Added to this are security and data protection features such as a fingerprint sensor, a camera shutter and numerous interfaces, as well as hardware that is also dimensioned for demanding applications and games.
