The Pegasus:Backpack was developed to visually document work progress at building sites. With a combination of five cameras and two laser sensors, which are all housed in the ultra-lightweight, ergonomic and easy-to-carry carbon-fibre chassis, a 3D view of indoor and outdoor areas is created. Thanks to robotic technology, lasers are used to identify the position instead of GPS. A durable ripstop nylon fabric protects the high-tech instruments from water, sand and dust. The batteries are hidden behind a zip fastener.
