One of the biggest snags associated with using whiteboards is the markers, or more specifically the caps: they are hard to remove and replace with one hand (the other may be needed to hold a book, notes, a pointer or other device), invariably get lost or misplaced, and, as a result, the marker dries out. Finally, there's a solution that is as simple as it is ingenious: a retractable whiteboard marker that doesn't require a cap and can be operated with one hand. There is a sealing structure in the tube, which prevents the nib from drying out when retracted. The nib also automatically retracts when you clip the marker on your book or pocket, preventing stains or ink leakage in the event that you forget to retract the nib.
