This sales center was redesigned to expand the space of the previous building. Time and cost were considerations and the owner wanted to avoid re-applying for a construction permit. It was proposed to extend the old building with a minor curvature correction that would change the appearance and create more space inside. This design accommodates these limitations but also addresses the problem of low light and energy in the previous space with a much brighter, dynamic ambiance in the revamped center.
