The 60-meter-high office building is the new, highly visible gateway to the north of Düsseldorf. The L’Oreal Deutschland Headquarters reflects the values of transparency, innovation and sustainability, both inside and out. The new workspace offers open-space areas, some 1,000 fixed workstations, plus another 890 flexible work options. These include a variety of smaller think tank areas, meeting rooms, phone booths and a silent room. Employees can decide whether they prefer to work sitting or standing, communicate in a team, or use one of the many retreat options to handle a task without any disturbances.
