Co-developed alongside the DaVinci Resolve 16, the Editor Keyboard accelerates the workflows of professional video editors working on high-end, fast turnaround projects like TV commercials and news cutting. Non-linear editing has traditionally relied on laborious drag-and-drop navigation and manipulation of hundreds, sometimes thousands of media files. Complimenting DaVinci 16’s revolutionary Cut and Edit pages, the Editor Keyboard speeds up editing through two-handed use. The color-coded keys and bespoke search dial with an adaptive electronic clutch allow 121 core functions to be instantly and intuitively ‘painted’ across multiple timelines.
