The building doubles as a sales center and mini library. The design team hopes that the building will enjoy a second use after it fulfills its initial mission as sales center. Their design is meant to be a space that embodies personal and social value and can inspire people and create warmth and energy going forward. To that end, the design team created a quiet atmosphere of a reading room. Sculptures of book pages remind visitors of the power of reading now so sorely on the decline. The space is peaceful and calm but also sends a powerful message.
