Eating a lot of high-glycemic foods can increase insulin resistance and make it harder to control blood sugar. The TD01 low-sugar rice cooker is designed to reduce the intake of rice glucose. The cooker boils and tumbles the water-rice mixture, separating the glucose and dissolved it in the water. The machine then enters a vacuum state, to quickly drain the water.
