The hotel has a gallery and a book lounge in order to be open to the local community. By using bamboo, bricks and wood which were scrapped from local Hutong area, the hotel space could harmonize with the atmosphere of neighborhood town. Natural materials were also selected to the guest rooms such as diatomaceous earth, hemp, cotton and stone, and their innate functions enhanced the quality of the space. Anyone who visit the hotel can fully enjoy the local history and culture, and Muji’s view of the world.
