For the layout, besides negotiation and office areas which are necessary for a sales center, extra areas for blog lecture, tea, and reading were specifically designed to enrich cultural experience of the space. This turns the process of visiting the sales center and enjoying the art into spiritual enjoyment; in addition to being a courtyard, it is a veritable art gallery.
