This product is a vertically articulated robot for industrial use designed for work in a sterile environment including a clean room. It is mainly used at manufacturing plants for food, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, etc. In order to adapt to a sterile environment as a special environment, it has surface processing which is resistant to sterilization washing as well as the conventional drip-proof and anti-pollution technologies. By mounting a hand (*) to the tip, it is able to deal flexibly with various work requirements, and contributes to the automation and energy-saving of a production plant. * Hand: An adaptor to be mounted on the tip of the arm for executing work. Its function and figure varies depending on the work requirements.
