Kurashi-no-Techosha’ (“KT”), a Japanese publishing company, conducted a survey to homemakers as to what kind of dish cloth is most appropriate for kitchen use. The result showed that the following four factors are requisite; ‘water-absorbing power’, ‘durability’, ‘flexibility’ and ‘no napping’. Nittobo stated collaboration with KT to create a new dish cloth to satisfy the above four factors. After the monitoring study targeting homemakers for half a year, we proudly launched this product in 1960, which is an ideal dish cloth highly selected from many clothing fabrics.
