Campbell’s Stores. A beautiful 180 year old warehouse dating back to 1839 as the host site, called for a very considered and sensitive restrained approach. Conceptually the existing space was viewed as a beautiful music score and our restaurant intervention perhaps more as the well-considered silence between the notes.
