The inspiration for this washbasin mixer was the famous Venetian gondola which seems so elegant and graceful as it glides smoothly through the water. The sweeping curves of the Gondola washbasin mixer are reminiscent of the Venetian boat, and make it very versatile. The body of the appliance is asymmetric in form and is principally made up of the three parts of an arch that are modelled on the gondola’s elegant bow. The irregular curve continues upwards to form the cylinder of the tap and finally becomes the spout. Above the main body is the adjustment lever which also noticeably reflects the beautiful curved form of the gondola. A further clever feature is that the mixer looks different from every angle, thanks to the sophisticated manufacturing process.
