This innovative mixer aims to improve two fundamental properties of the one-lever mixer; its usability and energy consumption. In starting position (warm), conventional one-lever mixers use both hot and cold water. As mixers are mostly used for a short period of time, the hot water does not actually reach the outlet and therefore the unused hot water (and associated energy consumption) is wasted. The two-lever mixer prevents this waste, as the levers control hot and cold water flow separately – from one convenient platform. Tahi Twin Lever combines the advantages of both systems.
