The Optimus 7 (E900) was developed in collaboration with Microsoft. It is based on the operating system Windows Phone 7 and is equipped with high-performance hardware including a 5-megapixel camera capable of recording HD videos and a high-contrast 3.8” touch display. The straightforward design concept of the smartphone goes hand in hand with a solid finish and does without any superfluous extras. At the same time, carefully crafted details impart a sense of high quality to the user. For instance, the front Windows key appears to be engraved into the unit, and the battery cover has been crafted from brushed metal. The phone’s camera is reminiscent of a chronograph and rounds off the overall image. Highlighted in addition to the functional design is a clear menu structure enabling intuitive operation.
