An independent form language underlines the compactness of this futuristic-looking coffee maker. When they developed Nespresso Pixie, engineers and designers worked hand in hand; they designed the appliance on the basis of its function. With the aim to keep the number of parts to a minimum, the focus was on a minimalist product solution. Through the use of anodised aluminium, a high-quality impression is created. The appliance allows intuitive simple handling: the coffee capsules are loaded from the top and ejected after brewing when the handle is opened. Coffee extraction automatically starts after closing the handle. All maintenance units like the drip tray, the collection container for used capsules and the water tank are removable and easy to clean. A foldable cup support allows the use of large glasses. The coffee maker is available in two versions, with a choice of three different colours.
