The Primus hospital bed castor series 758/759, with its single-leg construction, is a novelty in both design and functionality. Due to an innovative and completely closed braking system, the castors are easy to clean and maintain. In addition, all functional parts are encapsulated and safely protected against external impact. Adjusting the central locking device is not necessary. Since the tread of the wheel has no contact with the brakes, no pressure marks result. Two precision ball bearings in the yoke provide optimal swivelling, thereby facilitating movement and steering. The castors are made of recyclable polyamide and are available in various different colours.
